Professional Skillset development is massively encouraged and there is a lot of opportunity to have business accumen coached by people with success in the indusrty.
I'm currently mid-way through my Business Development Programme and so far I've mastered Face to Face Selling, Leading small teams of 3-7 people, being a personal 1 on 1 mentor and coach for 4 people, Interviewing, job posting and talent scouting on multiple platforms, whilst also starting to develop a strong professional network within the industry.
Cons
In order to complete the BDP there is a tonne of theoretical study as well as application based learning. Its like doing my 3 year university course but all condensed into 1 year.
