Pros
Good office timings, sat sun off. Ideal for girls having engineering degree and prefer office work. Potential in service dept is considerably good as compared with tech sales dept. but service staff is always limited to only five-six
Cons
despite huge profits and sales growth there are low salaries and career growth. internal politics, miss commitments. cycle time of engineers coming in and leaving out is now becoming very short (1-2 years) due to dissatisfaction with salaries / bonuses, career growth....
