      Pros

      Not many...If you are local, it is worth the commute but if you leave the county to go home, I wouldn't recommend it. There is a lot of schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      Too many to list. If you are an IT person, it is a cake walk but you will be left behind in terms of how rapidly the field progresses...but the company doesn't keep up with new tech.

      Pros

      Met some great people with a lot of talent Monday- Friday working hours gives you gifts and uses company money to pay for it. Quality product

      Cons

      The DC is ran like a preschool with 90% of the processes broken, management never comes out to floor always in office, comes in after everyone and leaves before everyone.... never seen this type of work ethic from management, they talk very hostile with needing to be checked
