Clean, orderly, well lit workplace No one interaction with women
Cons
Narcissism is considered a sport at Pecora Corp. The more cunning employees get promoted over the more competent employees. Drug addicts operating heavy machinery causing many accidents and nothing gets done about it because management have personality disorders and they think it’s funny.

Nice people, good company culture.
Cons
There is no standard operating procedure followed even though it is an ISO 9001 company. Forklift operators are not trained properly and it is an unsafe work environment.
