There is a really great team at Pectus working hard to deliver a category leading product. A very positive energy and openness to whatever contribution you're willing to make. It feels like we are really trying to make something great.
Cons
As a startup, there's a lot of work to do and there can be a lot of pressure. If you're looking for a chill vibe where you don't need to work very much, this probably isn't the company for you.
