Additionally, it's a great place to practice your oral presentation, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking skills. There are also interesting clinical and user studies to engage with.

      Cons

      The commuting distance can be long (since I was based in Baltimore), and may have limited opportunities for large group collaboration and development.

      Being a learning culture and opportunity and opening to employees feedbacks. Caring about team ideas and an appropriate work life balance. Also, the product and technology is kind of state of the art and the core value which is diagnosis and prevention of infants and babies physical issues is admiring.

      Cons

      Being a startup, the resources was limited at my tenure but they will definitely have chance to raise funds and grants for commercialization and business growth for the future.
