- A lot of traveling to see the world, manage sites and various partners - Small knit group with ability to develop strong bonds with colleagues - Remote working environment

Cons

- Work does not compensate with salary - Blurred lines between professional and friend boundaries - Too much access could equate to work during non-working hours
