- Leadership is transparent and open with business decisions - Organization is mostly remote yet they find ways to build strong company culture and team events - People are welcoming and down to assist on things - Open door policy in encouraging employees to share any ideas on how to drive the business forward - Very stable (no layoffs) despite all the economic turmoil and layoffs happening across other organizations within the media advertising world
