      Pros

      Everyone gets along well, definitely gives a welcoming family vibe. Getting time off approved is fairly easy, it’s on first come first serve. Small office , if you like that

      Cons

      Experience is required! Training is non existent Small office , not much room for growth Pay can be a lot better The office could run smoother but it’s holds it self back
