Pros

On Time Salary Office location

Cons

Penspen Abu Dhabi office is not what you see on their social posts. Eventhough it is presented as a brand & an MNC, the company has no ethical values & conscience. It is just a hire & fire company. They treat Engineers as disposables & think that they can easily find candidates simply by offering attractive salaries when needed. It's been observed that alot of sincere & hardworking engineers have been laid off just because of their incompetent project planning & wrong mass hiring decisions. Engineers hired from India were laid off within 3-6 months & were left to suffer in a newly relocated country just to safeguard the existing non-performing ones. It does not matter at all how good or sincere you are with your work. The core team of 2-3 old employees is already set. They will just hire & fire others on project basis. Irony is, during hiring the managers will assure you of a long term career. However, they will exactly do opposite of what has been promised & said. And this pattern of firing employees keeps repeating within the company periodically. The management consists of incompetent people who lack planning & decision skills. They are just surviving in the UAE market with repetitive kind of projects & only care about maximizing profits. Do not fall for the social media PR. Do proper research & take responsible decisions for yourself if such short term careers with it is worth all your sacrifices & hassles.
