Pros

There are no pro's to working at this company, despite how you might feel at the beginning when they over promise and then under deliver.

Cons

Long working hours relative to salary, and I mean long, average of 12-13 hour days. CEO micromanages all staff, is inflexible, bullies staff and is a thoroughly unpleasant individual to work for. I'm still in therapy.

Working from home… that’s about it.

Cons

Disgusting micromanagement - CEO is aggressive and condescending. Toxic work environment where employees throw each other under the bus. No teamwork or support whatsoever. Expectation to work frequent and excessive overtime for no extra pay or recognition. Below average pay.
