Pros

Haven't found any besides don't talk to management often due to their not available or don't care

Cons

Low pay, no raises, terrible leadership, hostile work place, unsafe daily, cops get called at least twice a week and get threatened or have people try to fight staff in office weekly. No advancement unless you suck up and drink the coolaide don't even bother applying just run away and look at CA labor board for all the lawsuits and complaints.

Pros

Not having to work on the weekends.

Cons

Company cares more about making daily financial goals. Managers expect you to stay beyond closing hours on a Friday to closeout last minute clients so that weekly budgets can be met. Customers can easily make a complaint and employees get into trouble without proper investigation. Camera systems that are in place for employee protection are monitored by back-off persons -- lots of eavesdropping.
