Pros

- Nice and friendly colleagues - Able to work in a slow and relaxing pace without much pressure (except shipment date) - Simple technology which even poorly technical skill Engineer is able to perform above average - Flexi-hours within a certain time period - Nice facilities and clean working environment

Cons

- Poor Pay and Benefits - Long official working hours (> 8hours) - Secretive Management Style - No incentive for good/top performance (Difference between good and normal is very small margin) - Promotion not due to skills or competence, more on ball-licking and where you come from (Europe) - Does not want to hear any negative/constructive feedback, only want to hear the good stuffs - Management team is too young or incompetence (Both soft and hard skills) - No equal opportunity for all employees (Favoritism is practiced heavily)

Pros

1) Flexi hour is implemented however it really depends on which department you are in. 2) Before Covid, applying for work from home leave is already an option allowed by the company. Many department are practising but only strictly if your superiors allow. 3) Canteen food/drinks is heavily subsidised.

Cons

1) I am unfortunate to be in a dept whereby they are really strict with “Flexi hours” and the head constantly check what time we come in and leave. Some department head are more lenient as Long as things are done. 2) Again, related to point 1, the dept I am in the head of dept is very rigid on allowing the staff to apply for Work from home leave. Most of us didn’t apply due to fear. 3) Canteen food tends to get boring overtime 4) Web base ERP system which is not user friendly and rigid. Lots of administrative and manual work due to incompetent system. Many different steps is required just to check something and amendment is impossible unless you delete the old and you redo. 5) No communication between different departments. Departments pushing responsibility away can be seen here. 6) Very micromanage style from superiors. 7) TOP down management. MD says A means A. 8) Plenty of old staffs (including managers) worked here as their first job until now. Hence a lot of not so IT savvy staff where you might need spend a lot of time guiding/explaining to them. Also very stubborn, proud and rigid to changes, always think they are right.

Pros

Flexible working hours and subsidized canteen food

Cons

Toxic and stressful working culture with some very rude production leaders, supervisors and operators. Pathetic bonus.
