Pros

Nothing. Nothing at all. Pros can only be that you will be running for your life real soon once you join this place.

Cons

It's a slave house, where you are bound for more than 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. Before joining this place, say good bye to your respect, common sense and any sense of dignity whatsoever. There are absolutely no facilities, the office does not even have indoor plumbing (washroom or even a sink), but then it's located in a warehouse, so don't go expecting much. High employee retention problem and no professionalism.

Pros

There are no pros working at Peppermint Communucations. Or maybe yes, they make you feel that you deserve better in life, career wise. So get out of that interview/job for your own good.

Cons

1. There is no room for creativity. Your creativity is not valued as a team member. There is no chance your ideas will be heard, because there is a great hierarchy. 2. Hostile work-environment 3. They don't recognize contributions and reward good work. 4. Poor facility or rather no facility for the employee expect for few favorites. 5. The boss watches your every move, beware of the CCTV. 6. The boss plays favorites. 7. Boss doesn't communicate with every employee. 8. There is no personal life. You are trapped here and chances are there you can get fired anytime they wish. There are no rules and regulations to follow.
