Business outlook
Pros
The product saves lives and is something anyone would feel proud to put their name behind. I really felt like I was doing something special when I worked for PeraHealth because I knew the work I did directly impacted patient lives for the better.
Cons
Even though this is a small company, it felt like I was just a number to them. Someone to make them money. When it came down to it they didn't care about their employees which is sad given how important and life saving their product is. I believe things have changed recently with a new CEO and other leadership changes which will hopefully steer this company back to where it started, with the goal of saving lives.
