Pros

Young, agile company with a healthy culture that rewards hard work and encourages employees to take initiative. Inclusive, global team with staff members from around the world. Positive culture for young professionals who want to work Input welcomed from employees at all levels of the company, from all departments -- and with a reasonably flat management structure there is little space for ego. A great place for hard working people with an interest in coffee. Good training and individual development opportunities. Plenty of opportunity for employees to have autonomy/ownership of projects after a comparatively short amount of time at the company.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Nothing other than working remotely. Be cautious with positive reviews, they seem scripted. Given their company culture, l wouldn't be surprised they forced employees to write these.

Cons

This is by far the most toxic and hostile work environment I've been in. The CEO has a habit of harassing women, he also severely underpays employees in Latin America in comparison to those in the EU, despite doing the same level/quality of work. I saw MANY people break down crying while working here. I was micromanaged and overworked while being underpaid. CEO does not respect legally binding contracts for workers outside of the UK. This place makes a profit out of exploiting Latin American coffee professionals.

Pros

No pros. This place is toxic.

Cons

CEO and self-important owner, Henry Wilson, asked employees to post positive reviews. Look how many appeared around the same time with five-star ratings, intended to counter the negative ones, which tell the truth about this toxic workplace. Henry has a god complex, the organization is highly unprofessional, and the concept is essentially white saviorism.
