People were great and as a biotech company, a lot of knowledge in food science.

Cons

-No real commercial experience in the entire leadership, most are just scientists with a good breakthrough -A lot of invested money but poor management led to unaccounted spending, eventually leading to restructuring and retrenchment by order of investors

Start up. Opportunity to launch new brands in alternative protein. It was fun and exciting trying different ways to promote the right nomenclature of alternative protein to the mass.

Cons

Start-up is heavily dependent on investments and investors. Once investors decide to pull the plug, the business is dead.
