-Favoritism towards people with tenure for advancement rather than skill set
-Directive from management changed on a weekly basis (running from one fire to the next)
-Company preferred to be re-active rather than pro-active
-Company pinched pennies in anyway possible (cancelled internet cards for outside sales reps, left Blue Cross Blue Shield for an unheard of cut-rate insurance plan that didn't cover ANYTHING, Cut commissions, re-drew unfavorable territories, and set unrealistic quotas to prevent paying reps for consistent success/growth)
-Leadership was disrespectful to employees both to their face, via email, and behind their backs
-Outside reps had entirely too much workload... so much time spent doing reports and spreadsheets; preventing the ability to go out and find new business.
-No work/life balance. Both customers and leadership would call you all hours of the night and weekends.
-Told to travel purely to show activity, even if the trip was unnecessary
