      Interesting clientele Allows for regional -global exposure Exposure across sem, display and social campaign planning and execution Opportunity to collaborate with big advertisers like fb, google on new initiatives

      No work life balance OT culture strong Internal processes like post campaign billings very time consuming and not up to date with growing digital business

      Pros

      Great location and a beautiful Singapore office with a pantry with undying supplies of food, coffee and booze. Great benefits and almost always yearly off. Perfect company for mothers and those who love to take leave. Great medical benefits and course funds. Very vibrant energy in the office and it is a great place to learn and grow. The company is always open to explore greater opportunities in digital marketing.

      Cons

      Tends to hire fresh grads to reduce head count cost. Has a bit of bootlicking culture which makes it hard for non-bootlickers to progress. Can get too clique-ish. Management may sometimes be too much like salemen making it hard to manage client expectations. Team leads are women and basic conversation can sometimes involve a lot of negative emotions. Appraisals can sometimes see no progress. Don't expect any bonuses or financial remunerations. Just plain old basic pay.
