      Pros

      Strong schools practice. Good administrative, assistant team.

      Cons

      Bad reputation in the market currently, made redundancies and financially seem to be struggling. Lack of process and resources internally. The senior leadership are out of their depth and people talk openly about their incompetence and lack of confidence in the strategy. Some bullying issues and a high turnover of staff at all levels. Training is very poor. Pay is lower than similar firms and the benefits are minimal, especially maternity.
