      Horrible company culture.

      Pros

      I was able to work with some great clients.

      Cons

      The work environment is not supportive. Unless you get on the good side of the executive team you will not get an opportunity for career advancement. They demote/promote and fire/hire people based on personal preferences and not by merit, qualifications, or hard work. Ultimately, the executive team is not great and I don't see this changing (if anything, during my time here it got worse). I would strongly caution anyone from working here- the turnover rate is very high. Everyone who I respected at this company either quit or was fired for illogical reasons.

      Pros

      Young, fun, energetic, smart, talented employees. Tend to pay market value and unlimited PTO. Good work/life balance. Free pop, coffee, and snacks. Lots of pizza parties and fun events for the employees.

      Cons

      No laptops, discouraged working from home. Very cliquey, still seemed a lot like high school and college. Lots of employee turn around and "if they don't like you you're out" culture. Went through a whole company rebranding last summer to focus more on digital marketing and less a web development design agency, which is what they were known for.

      + Friendly coworkers + Nice office + High value industry + Professional growth opportunities + Summer hours (half day Fridays) + Couple of name-brand clients + Office jeopardy

      Cons

      - Poor workflow and employee management - Low morale, high turnover - Out-of-the-blue layoffs - Relatively inexperienced team - Environment gets chaotic - Mostly small clients with limited budgets, little strategic thinking - Questionable business ethics (ignoring low-priority clients, charging exaggerated management & hosting fees, gimmicky sales tactics)
