Pros

Haha! Pros ? Erm....... .............. .............. .............. .............. Genuinely can’t think of 1 single Pro. Other than when j left !!

Cons

Where to begin.... the Essex region has the highest churn of homes. Management dreadful. They rope you in on £16k with zero (ZERO!!!) commission for 6 months and then they capped my commission after 9 months of employment. They are honestly a joke.

Pros

Give me a minute to think of something... Comfy chairs Big desks Fair rate of pay Hour for lunch Kitchen facilities Honestly there wasn't any!

Cons

Poor poor management Rude staff Swearing in office - about customers after hanging up Sales team were very clicky and rude Staff who had been there a long time were far too clicky Too much work too little time Others dumping their work into MY in tray Other staff referring to me as fat (female size 10!) Ignorant manager 6 month probation and told me they didn't need me right out of the blue at the very end - two words - CHEAP LABOUR The homes are appalling Other staff ignoring customers emails and calls because they who exactly who it is calling, etc Speaking very nastily about former staff If you had a day off on holiday or sick, you'd come back to things being moved or missing from your desk

Pros

Will employ you with no experience. Not many builders will do this. If you want to get into the house building industry, working for Persimmon will give you well rounded experience of different types of purchasers, sales schemes, construction etc. Which is knowledge you can apply to any sales role within the industry. They are also a perfect example of ‘worst practice’ so anywhere you go after Persimmon will be a walk in the park!

Cons

- Terrible training - Terrible management, rude, bullying, ruthless, no duty of care, no interest in the wellbeing of employees only the needs of the business. - zero care for customers interests - high targets - low salary - awful commission structure (don’t be fooled, it looks straight forward but there are loopholes and pit falls everywhere!)
