      commission based payment and there is much more complication in this payment procedure.

      Regarding " Fraud ", company doesn't take any single penny from their candidate, even company doesn't have any bond on locking period, all candidate are open switch any where in anytime. Better join company and check the career environment incase any issue, candidate are always open to switch any where at anytime. Note : Don't pay any money for company to anyone.       Don't have any pros over there.

      Cons

      Don't have proper office, they rented a old house and doing their business over there, don't accept the offer if you have higher aspiration. At first they say package is 4 Lpa, but later the package turns to 3 lakh something , which depends on your work. The accommodation is very bad, normal people can't stay there. Please don't go there, trust me.
