Great place to learn a ton and get hands-on experience. Need to be motivated to pursue the end and tactful when tracking down the issue. There is a ton to do and you won’t find a better end-to-end work environment.
Cons
A lot of processes and applications to keep in mind. Streamlining would greatly benefit the day-to-day. Big organization and slow to change. Typical issues at any large companies.
