Office location is excellent. Close to train and bus stations In Orchard Road

Cons

Rigid rules without flexibility. must show up at 0900hrs. 0901hrs is considered late. Written official warnings issued if late. Lunch hour strictly enforced from 12.15 to 1.15. If late, written warning Highly political toxic Colleagues always report on one another to boss

Maybe at best some nice colleagues everything else poor

Cons

- Low Pay & No Benefits - Very little leave & No flexibility Petron Singapore office unable to retain talent because HR policies cannot match local industry standards. High workload and need to handles issues after office hours yet no flexibility is given, Not a fair employment. Other satelite offices for different countries have adjusted their HR policies to match industry standards

Great benefits, inspiring senior leadership team, overall great place to work with. Petron is a company where people experience their first and last job before retirement.

Cons

Because very few leave, the movement up the ranks will take time. Petron / HR needs to amplify lateral or cross functional movements more
