The culture is awful, they will tell you they pride themselves on a great culture but this is very far from the truth. The C.O.O. Is possibly one of the most self absorbed, bi polar individuals you will ever meet. They believe that they have the perfect service to onboard hospitals systems in 30 days, but they offer nothing that any other company doesn’t already. Expectations are delusional at best, setting goals and accomplishment of them in a timely fashion is expected in sales. Unreasonable and unrealistic goals when you’ve got nothing that establishes you as a leader and differentiator is just arrogance.
