Long Hours, Inconsistency from classroom to classroom. Don't enforce attendance policy,

One of the worst centers I've ever worked in. There is a lot of bias. Certain people are treated one way while others are handled differently. When people request time off, just two persons per day are allowed to leave the center. However, managers can leave whenever they want. They don't value the employees. Ms. Tee acts as if she is terrified of the parents and never speaks up for the workers. Training in management needs to be required. Even better, needs stronger management. I would not recommend working here. Wonderful children, but some of staff. Horrible!
