Pros
The team at PhenoTips are great! Very supportive and collaborative. It is a remote-first company and the Social team created recurring opportunities for the team to meet and spend some "face-time" with each other.
Cons
The product has potential to grow. It is helping many of the clients right now but needs to overcome some of its old tech-stack to accelerate its value. Looking forward to seeing them crush it! The team is small so there isn't much room for career growth - this company is for those who want to help build the future of genetics.
