Family oriented but very racist and inside jobs and cover ups

Very family oriented. Lots of training and professional development

Cons

Low pay. People nosy. Only whites can advance. They have core that will stay there. Everyone else is rotated in out the school, meaning your position isn't permant and when a student leaves you will have to too. Supervisors get paid 80k to do nothing. They know absolutely nothing about the kids and Pieper is in it for the money. They underpay people who are qualified.

Paid Summer. Good benefits. A few co-workers can be supportive, kind, and reliable.

Cons

Dreadful work environment and culture. Employees are deeply unhappy and dissatisfied all across and with reason. Supervisor is unkind, manipulative, gives absolutely no guidance and support. Drama and gossip between some co-workers.
