      The worst working place I encounter ever since start working

      The bonus is not bad for staff that are the favorite by the management

      1. Super awful management who talk and talk but cant lead 2. Many manager do not have an idea of the product they suppose to sell 3. Big boss employ too many "friends" that uses his name and do lousy thing and bully the rest 4. Unfair benefit 5.HR that is powerless 6.Rather spend money for management entertainment then to develop staff 7.Easily condemn hardworking people who want to stay away from politic or dun curry favour 8.Management always trying to put up a honest good front but do many dirty thing that destroy ppl 9.Very awful Great Place To Work email send by management to preach about the management are elite and below people either listen and follow blindly or prepare to have a hard future 10.Many pushing around of duties

      No cons here....we can learn and watch the behaviour of others and learn not to be like them. You can't learn all these in school.

      1) Are you a bootlick person? You are super fit PxC SG if your answer is yes. You could get promoted no matter how worse your work performance is, as long as you please the right person (like char..). 2) Even though you did a super fantastic job, but you are quite and silent enough, who just care to do your job, and dislike to join their weekly/monthly dinner. Wait at least years to get them to notice you get promoted. Low turnover does not come without reason in 2020 PXC Singapore 3) Management level never respect their promises, they gave some sweet words to you to let you run for them but found a lot of excuses to don't pay their bill when the time upcoming. Pray for PxC SG. I can bet the overall sales performance will become worse and worse, not only because of the COVID. How a team can remain strong that almost all hard-working people are thinking to leave?
