Pros

Start up environment and friendly HR. Mostly friendly co-workers. Hybrid model for those that are lucky and their manager agrees to it. Paying on time. Very practical and inexpensive Catering service. Meal vouchers.

Cons

-Lack of Experience of the managers and the management in total. -Stressful environment due to last minute and "we figure it out as we go" attitude. -Besserwisser. -Scapegoater attitude. Higher management does not take responsibility of own mistakes and actions or lack of actions. -Don’t like no for an answer even if it comes with arguments. -Not everybody has the same treatment. -HR unable or unwilling to take a pro employee stand. Mainly occupied with recruiting, hiring and onboarding activities. -No flexibility from the company and /or HR to move to a different role within the company. Cope or leave attitude… -Low salary for the work and overtime done. -No work / life balance due to lack of structure, guidance, training and constant unrealistic expectations. -They prefer to let good people go, than change attitude or respect different opinions, even if they come from experienced people. -Toxic environment, from the kind that you feel you have no energy to do anything after leaving work. -Employees don't feel respected from the higher management, only from the direct supervisors who can't unfortunately do much. -Junior but well payed Management, who is based in Germany, order around people, based in Athens, that work overtime and get payed badly: Two-class employees. -No sit down and lets discuss are problems and find solutions attitude. Conclusion: Overall, as the company is right now, I recommend it only to very junior employees in order to get some experience and move forward.

Pros

The only positive thing working in this company, will be for someone who has never worked in their life. They will see what they should avoid from a working environment. It's a big lesson and that is the only positive thing that someone will get from there!

Cons

A lot of cons. Let's begin from the first interview you conduct with the people that are supposed to have you in their team. 1. Offer: After you accept the offer you will have to pray for someone to keep you updated for your 1st working day. 2. First day: Zero introduction to the managers in order for someone to understand the roles and who is managing who. A chaos lets say. 3. Toxic working environment : greetings to your "superiors" and no responses. I have never seen such behavior in my life. 4. Training is not a thing. You are supposed to learn everything on your own and in the meantime handle all the unrealistic goals they set. Based not on calculations of course. Not to mention the rude emails. 5. People come and go, if someone is not reacing the "fantastic" goals, they get rid of them with no warning.

Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to mention from my experience

Cons

Upper management doesn't care about employees. They have unrealistic expectations and believe that you should be there & work for them 24/7. They even said that we should pick up phone calls during our free time / weekends. 0 guidance and more importantly 0 empathy. Personally I don't believe that someone can work there more than 6 months without damaging their health.
