Best thing was leaving the job and going to work with a company that treats people with respect
Cons
Poor management, horrible safety practices, unsafe working environment, refusal to address safety concerns. Firing employees without cause. High turnover in employees.

- There are some super awesome people inside the company in the warehouse, part of sales, customer service, engineering.
Cons
- Family office in Chicago owns them where nepotism runs wild in their company. - The family doesn't doesn't actually accomplish anything and barely invests any new money expecting different results. - Poorly ran from the top to the bottom - The CEO is inherently incompetent and is unable to make business decisions that would actually help the business - My personal favorite was the all hands meetings where you couldn't even hear him speak and you'd waste an hour pretending you could hear the guy
