      They lay you off before you make it a full year

      You pretty much get to work independently. Your supervisors are all remote.

      I never felt like they wanted me there.It always seemed like because I was from the United States.They thought less of me.

      Excellent pay and benefits, good work/life balance, good amount of time off

      Cons

      Need more communication during hiring and orientation and regarding when bonuses will arrive. Needs a place online to access attendance points.
