Very laid-back management style where there is extremely little micromanagement. Staff are trained well, and are then expected to apply their knowledge/skills in a professional manner. Employees are treated as family, and Phoenix goes out of its way to help employees navigate a number of personal issues.
Cons
Non-profit organization so there is less money available for future pay increases.
