I worked one shift and the second time I tried to log in I couldn'

It could be a great work from home job

I've not been able to work long enough to find out if it's a good job. I worked for about an hour then logged out and tried to log back in a little bit later and my login never worked again. I've text and emailed and contacted support through the website and it says my login information is incorrect. I don't know what to do I really wanted to do this job but I can't even find out if I've been fired or not
