Feedback from management is always constructive and well-considered, expectations are clear and there's a strong culture of transparency. Health and personal circumstances are handled with maturity and without judgement - that level of trust and flexibility is something I haven't experienced to the same degree elsewhere. Progression at Phonexa is real, achievement is recognised and when there's an opportunity to move forward, the support to get there is provided. That might be training, mentorship, or simply having management who pay attention to where you want to go. The culture is so strong - the company invests in the team with regular activities, and lunch provided three times a week which reflects a genuine commitment to making it a good place to work.
