      - 100% Remote is literally the only positive of this company

      Cons

      - Extremely toxic - Frequent overnight hours! No pay for it! - Extra hours are not paid. - Unlimited PTO is a scam, it benefits the employer. It's a fact that employees will take LESS vacation if they don't have a set amount. - No defined salary review process. There is no yearly review of your progress. - No RRSP/ No bonus/ No hike

      Do not work here. There is no clear path for career growth, changes constantly (none that ever seem for the better), and leadership shows favoritism and values that over good and quality work. Leadership seems to have no vision and changes are constantly being made. The turnover is crazy and leadership lets people go with no warning. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
