~its pure calling job so sometimes it becomes frustrating to call 150-200 numbers and listening to the respondent's abuses. ~high unachievable targets ~pure luck based work.

Cons

Less salary, work pressure, Unavailability of Food in night shifts. You need to carry a lunchbox for night (Good for people who can cook). For Day Shift, Food is available in food court and outside restaurant.

-Good work culture -Small team, friendly management, easily approachable and helpful -They are very transparent with all the actions in the company -You need to give your best here and you can expect double in return - In the hard times of COVID too, they think about the employees first, I wish I can give more than 5 stars for this! -Overall a decent company to work with! Kudos

Cons

Not exactly, they are a growing organisation and are trying to grow and establish themselves in the Marketing Research market. There are few employees (especially freshers) who expect a lot from this firm and hence they get disappointed. However, we will be at that stage as well where people will understand the work environment and will respect all those things which the company has been offering us and will offer in future.
