Pros

It's probably the best start up to work for if you are looking for a work-life balance. Product isn't working properly - If it's after 4 PM, then it's not your problem. Product isn't selling - If it's before 10 AM , then it's not your problem. Deadlines - I mean we have them, but there is no real consequence for not meeting them.

Cons

Minimal to no career progression outside of GA. Product doesn't sell, and no one seems to have a real plan on how to increase sales. Incredible amount of Nepotism. 7 family members working at the company. Good idea's are shut down, if they are not coming out of GA. Bad idea's often come out of GA and are implemented. Without consequence for failed results. Trasparency is a buzz word. Nothing is transparent. No accountability for consistent failure. No focus on results.

Pros

Lower level employees and managers are great and genuine people, unfortunately they are all overworked, underpaid, and are gaslit by leadership so there’s 1-2 people quitting every month in a 75(ish) person company.

Cons

Leadership is truly toxic. Because of it within a few months, 75% of the HR department has quit without aligning a job in advance. People are choosing the instability of unemployment because their mental health is negatively impacted by leadership. When people have posted their critiques, rather then taking the feedback to heart, leadership has lashed out and blamed the former employees. It’s gaslighting to the max! HR even posted on LinkedIn that it’s not in fact leadership that’s toxic, but the employees who have quit 🙄. The new employees that have been hired for the HR department are only consultants. IT was let go and outsourced. The engineering teams are outsourcing more and more of the work to teams abroad. And the employees that remain are being forced out. If I could, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

No pros, but for some folks happy hour and beer celebrations from time to time might be a pro. Otherwise, if you want to work for a design company that has hardly anything to do with robotics, this might be a place for you.

Cons

Probably as others stated before - "Toxic and nepotistic office built on the ego of management". HR hired her boyfriend withouot input from rest of the company, COO hires his kids... and the story goes on.
