Working at PickTrace was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had in my career. Leadership was present, opportunities to learn and grow were always at my fingertips. I got to work with some of the most talented individuals who just happen to also be some of the most kind people I've met. PickTrace's culture and community of people are supportive and engaging. Leadership listens and is quick to act to ensure that everyone in the organization feels valued. The agriculture space is ripe (pun intended) for disruption, and PickTrace is at the forefront of that effort.

Cons

Like other companies of this size in their current stage of growth, there's often a bias for action. Not to say I didn't see improvements in this during my time there, and it wasn't always a negative - but it can be a con when you consider its impact on "designing the right thing".

The people... at PickTrace you're not just a number or one more employee, everyone there makes you feel like you're part of something bigger than just a company.

Cons

for some locations, there isn't an office where you can interact with the team in person (at least not yet)
