Pros

Exposure to high profile clients and processes. Some teams are organized, and many individuals are extremely talented and efficient, especially the creative (video, color, sound).

Cons

Extremely heavy nepotism, negative environment, hard to get a raise but even harder to be reviewed for one. You're discouraged from taking lunch break but told to report that you ate (aka you work for free through lunch). Trust that the cons in this chain are more accurate than the pros.
