      Pros

      Everyone works hard but there is room to maintain work life balance. Great people and work environment. Company moved into a very nice new office in the last year. Competitive Pay.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company but some people like that

      Pros

      + Great coworkers. People are welcoming, helpful, and have great senses of humor. Working with a group of such smart, helpful people is a real privilege. + Interesting, cutting-edge technology with a variety of applications. I'm always excited to see our pipeline of developed and developing tech. + Opportunities to work on a variety of problems, ranging from core algorithm development to enterprise integration. I am always learning something new.

      Cons

      + Hours can be on the longer side (however, I have found that when I do need to draw boundaries around my work availability, they are respected) + Integrating code can sometimes be a painful process, especially when many engineers are involved.

      Pros

      -Technology is interesting, lots of opportunity for technical growth. -Office life is great. -Flat organization, everything and everyone is available with little bureaucracy. -Everyone is friendly, helpful, and smart, which helps you be more productive on your own work. Never worry about being alone on a project. -Most on the team are self-starting which is a pro in that things get fixed/done when needed.

      Cons

      -Most on the team are self-starting which is a con in that things will change very often and suddenly. You'll just have to deal with it. -During crunch times there will often be synchronization issues due to multiple persons working on the same code. -Learning curve can be steep, YMMV.
