      The pastry chef at the time was amazing to work with. Pinch allows creativity from their pastry department.

      Pinch is a discriminatory workplace. They have a very strong idea of who they want in leadership roles, and if you are not a woman or a gay man you do not fit the bill. Additionally their leadership is very self important and difficult to collaborate with as a result.
