I have been working at Ping Identity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

At Ping, you truly feel connected to the entire company. From other areas of the business, to the executives. Andre, the CEO, is a true leader who inspires. For the first time, I actually enjoy the work I do. I've made great friends here and am happy with the work. The benefits are pretty good, and they compensate fairly.

    Cons

A real start up feel and culture means the work is challenging, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

I have been working at Ping Identity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ping has very differentiated products, a compelling strategy, and a high performance culture to execute on it. There is a commitment to working across silos and embracing design thinking (with mandatory internal training on how to use design thinking) to innovate. There is good internal trust and advocacy for employees. Andre is a sincere, transparent, and effective leader with a cheerleader and visionary approach. In recent years he has built a solid execution team around him. There are many reasons to join and stick with Ping.

    Cons

Identity and Access Management is a rapidly changing space with extremely technical challenges and solutions. Only a small portion of Identians truly understand what our customers actually experience as they try to build employee and customer login and access systems using Ping products and services. The more the entire Ping team can understand our technology space and our customer's pain points, the faster progress we can make in serving and dominating this market. With rapid growth comes operational growing pains - these are being addressed, but will take time as the company matures.

I have been working at Ping Identity full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Top to bottom, the company truly is a transparent culture. Collaboration isn't just talked about, it is consistently demonstrated across all facets. The talent, drive, and integrity of the employee base is unmatched. "Be extraordinary" isn't a marketing cliche; it's in our DNA.

    Cons

Workforce management is at times overly conservative with respect to COVID-19, a near-term Employee Stock Purchase Plan needs further definition and timeline.

I have been working at Ping Identity full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The Ping culture encourages employees to achieve results, but also do it the right way. While there are high expectations for performance, there is a healthy team-oriented aspect to getting there. At Ping, you get to be part of something big while working on products that serve the world's largest companies. That's pretty exciting.

    Cons

It's a complex industry with a lot to learn quickly.
