Friendly atmosphere, with flexible hours. IF you are chosen to be allowed to be flexible. It all depends on the owners whims. If you are eager and self motivated, you can learn a lot here as no one really manages any outcomes.
Cons
Commision in sales is a scam. It isn't clear how the net you paid on is calculated, so you have to trust mgmt. with the sales numbers. Most sales are done by the owner and he is quick to take over an account after some time. No one lives here in sales for more than a year it seems. He is also very unprofessional and says things that are highly questionable.
