- Supports its employees and invests in their futures - Remains flexible and understanding toward its employees and their various life circumstances - Motivates and drives its employees to seek new heights within themselves - Amazing company culture and passionate people
Cons
Sometimes it's difficult to disconnect from work because when everyone is so passionate about what they do, the ball never stops rolling and a lot of communication continues to flow off hours. However, all that really means is reminding myself to turn off my email and messenger notifications when Im needing "life" time as opposed to "work" time.
