Cons
1) Low salary. No increment since 2020. 2) Suffer under GM due to her hormones imbalance . 3) Fake colleague/bosses - Pretend to be nice and stab at your back and be a scapegoat.4) No jobs stability. Yearly retrenchment. 5) Biased GM - act as very nice in front of others but cruel to own department. Force people to work even on hospital leave or MC or even on leave. 6) As a GM, always use tears or harsh languages on staff to force to take additional task not related jobs cope. 7) Will always feel sleepless as you will get frequent nightmare due to GM will come close and staring at you with her small eyes that comes with lost count of wrinkles that is as thick as the 🐊 crocodile skin that give you a night mare.8) No career progression or advance due to yearly down sizing 9) Be prepared to lose your dignity and be a yes person 10) If your position is low, you will get look down and do all the groundwork.
