      Small Scattered Company still figuring it out

      Pros

      I was excited because I thought the business model was interesting but they're still new and they don't have a lot figured out. Corporate is small and scattered making things confusing where it trickles down

      Cons

      -Interview process is long, 5-6 rounds! Can include assignments working for them but not getting paid. Unheard of and complete waste of candidates time that don't get chosen -Management is still figuring things out -Employees do not get paid like you'd think, they hire field staff as Contractors so you're not paid by the hour

      Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your experience working at PipeDreams didn't meet your expectations. To clarify, PipeDreams field/ops employees are not contractors - they are all W-2 employees with a full range of great benefits, including paid time off and paid holidays.
