Set processes allowing team members and clients to be on the same page. Solid team of professionals who are willing to help, share, and educate. Dedicated focus to clients' success throughout staff
Cons
Growth mode and agile environment. Processes get tweaked as Plan Left continues to grow. Deadlines have to be balanced with workload and expectations

Never have I worked in a company with such a pervasive team spirit. Each and every member gives everything every day, and they love doing it. The CEO is quiet, patient, fair, inspiring, and understanding. The work environment is relaxed, even when everyone is hard at work to meet a deadline. The work is challenging, but each team member possesses the perfect individual talents to get the job done right, make the clients happy, and give the company something to be proud of.
Cons
Plan Left is still growing, meaning sometimes there is only one person able to complete particular tasks. I don't think this will remain an issue, as the company is growing at a very encouraging rate.
