      Pros

      $$$ is good but it’s like working in a sweatshop

      Cons

      Upper leadership is extremely dishonest and lies constantly. Make knee jerk business decisions and extremely favoritism motivated. Don’t pay on time then make up excuses why. Consistently make changes with no warning and do not care about anything except their own piece of the pie as they are trying to sell the company and using extremely unorthodox techniques to kick the can and their current problems down the road. Tell you to speak up in meetings but everyone is so afraid to do so at risk of being fired. You constantly feel no job security and as if you are a number and nothing more. Speak about great culture, but you got the CEO saying we’re not a team and if you are here to make money this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      Fully remote, flexible hours, unlimited PTO, get to be part of a great team. Most of middle management is wonderful to work with. Compensation is good, especially commissions, managers are mindful of incentivizing and motivating their teams.

      Cons

      Refund policy for customers is quite shady (no trial period before subscribing, all subscriptions are yearly, all payments non-refundable, and subscriptions renew automatically often without the customer’s knowledge). Can be very difficult to enforce in a customer-facing role. Upper management is notorious for making unreasonable demands and stonewalling anyone who gives feedback. Employees who give pushback have been fired with no warning. Would not recommend as a long-term employer, only a stepping stone.
